apprentice has to pay the salary. He is the one who has signed the work
contract (The apprenticeship contract is usually a particular type of work
contract). Consequently, he has to pay the salary.
A « compensation contract » may be signed between the sending company and the host company.

training systems have participated to our work and written « hosting
agreements ». They have pointed out the legal conditions that have to be
respected to make a mobility to their country. However, there may be some
